본 앱('가족 퍼즐' 또는 'Family Puzzle')은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 Information We Collect

본 앱은 원칙적으로 서버에 개인정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않는 '로컬 저장 방식'을 채택하고 있습니다.
In principle, this app adopts a 'Local Storage Method' and does not collect or store personal information on an external server.

• 이용자 입력 정보: 가계도 작성을 위해 이용자가 직접 입력하는 가족 구성원의 성명, 성별, 생년월일, 관계 정보. (이 데이터는 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.) User-Input Data: Names, genders, birth dates, and relationship information of family members directly entered by the user. (Stored only within the user's device, no developer access.)
• 자동 수집 정보: 앱 안정성 개선을 위한 오류 로그 및 기기 정보 (Firebase Crashlytics 사용 시) Automatically Collected Data: Error logs and device information for improving app stability (when using Firebase Crashlytics).
• 기기 권한: 가계도 이미지 저장 및 백업 파일 생성 시 필요한 기기 저장소(파일/사진) 접근 권한 Device Permissions: Access permissions to device storage (files/photos) required for saving images and creating backup files.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적 Purpose of Use

• 서비스 기능 제공: 이용자가 입력한 데이터를 바탕으로 가계도 시각화 및 관계도 생성 Providing Service Features: Visualizing the family tree and generating relationship diagrams.
• 데이터 백업 및 복구: 이용자의 요청에 따른 가계도 데이터의 파일 내보내기/가져오기 기능 지원 Data Backup and Recovery: Supporting export/import functions for family tree data files upon user request.
• 서비스 안정성 개선: 앱 오류 분석 및 성능 최적화 Improving Service Stability: Analyzing app errors and optimizing performance.

3. 제3자 제공 및 위탁 Third-Party Disclosure

본 앱은 외부 서버로 데이터를 전송하지 않으나, 앱의 안정적인 운영을 위해 아래의 서비스를 사용합니다.
The app does not transmit data to external servers, but uses the following services for stable operation:

• Google (Firebase Crashlytics): 앱 비정상 종료 시 원인 분석을 위한 익명화된 로그 수집 Google (Firebase Crashlytics): Collection of anonymized logs for crash analysis.

4. 데이터의 보관 및 파기 Retention and Destruction

• 이용자 데이터 주권: 본 앱의 모든 데이터(가계도 정보)는 이용자의 기기에만 존재합니다. User Data Sovereignty: All family tree information exists only on the user's device.
• 파기 방법: 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 경우, 기기 내 저장된 가계도 데이터는 즉시 함께 삭제됩니다. (백업 파일 제외) Destruction Method: If the app is deleted, the stored data is immediately deleted (excluding manual backup files).
• 백업 데이터 관리: 이용자가 직접 외부로 내보낸 백업 파일(JSON 등)은 이용자가 직접 관리 및 삭제해야 합니다. Backup Data: Exported backup files must be managed and deleted by the user themselves.

5. 이용자의 권리 및 거부권 User Rights

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 기능을 통해 데이터를 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 기기 설정을 통해 접근 권한(사진, 저장소 등)을 철회할 수 있습니다.
Users can modify/delete data via in-app features and withdraw permissions through device settings at any time.
